Welcome to Forum Family Practice’s website. We are located on Forum Way in Cramlington. We are a doctors surgery offering a wide range of services and extended opening hours including Saturday appointments (covered at the Cramlington Hub)

Language Interpreter Service

We can arrange an interpreter and translation services in person or by telephone.

Meet our Team

We have 5 GP Partners and a team of Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants

The Patient Co-ordinators look after patients, their appointments, prescriptions and all the stuff that flies around, whilst our Admin Team look after the massive amount of administration involved in running a busy, practice.

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
