Pharmacy & Self-Care

Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals who can offer clinical advice, over the counter medicines and their use, to effectively and safely manage a range of minor health concerns. They can also help you to decide whether you'll need to see a doctor. You don't need an appointment and you won't even be asked to make a purchase. Every pharmacy also has a private consultation area for you to talk about your symptoms in private if you prefer.

Prescriptions are all digitally signed and will reach the pharmacy the same day, please give the pharmacy 72 hours to be able to process, order your medications and dispense them.

Telephone

Call 01670 713 021 and follow the instructions to select option 1 on your telephone keypad.

All our requests for appointments are triaged by our team, this enables the patient to see the correct clinician in the correct timescale. The team will arrange either a telephone or face-to-face appointment depending on the appropriateness of the condition.

Please note telephone appointments are not timed slots, so for the morning the clinician will ring between 8.30 am - 1.00 pm and in the afternoon is 2.00 pm - 6.30 pm.

Please let us know if you are restricted within these times and we do our best to accommodate. The clinician will only try you twice and then the appointment will need to be re-booked. Please make sure we have an up-to-date contact number at all times.
