I was contacted by telephone by a GP on Wednesday 11th January 2017, who was completing the final documents for preparation of my deceased brother before cremation. the GP was very polite and sensitive, providing introductions, information concerning unfortunate circumstances of the unexpected death on 25.12 .17 and became involved through our choice of Funeral Directors. I would like to thank them for dignity and probably professionalism during these awful circumstances.

Very caring and professional practice - highly recommended!
I have been with the practice for about 15 years and found all of the doctors to be conscientious and caring, often going out of their way for their patients.

Can not fault
I really can't. The practice is well-run, well-managed and extremely well organised. Not just the doctors'; the health care practitioners' and receptionists' as well. I think that I have been seen by all practicing doctors' at the practice at some time. When I hear criticism of the NHS service I can only think that I must be lucky - well we are lucky. I can't speak for my partner but I can speak of how I've observed my partner's treatment at the surgery. The same as mine - excellent. I have moved about a bit - in terms of location - and as such I , have been a patient of a good few GP practices. Nothing comes close to the Forum Family Practice. I have had a number of long-term illnesses successfully diagnosed - which has much improved the quality of my life - only to be told at previous practices that '... I'm wasting the doctor's time.' Thank you.

I have been going to the Jenner for more than 30 years and have always received excellent treatment. I simply do not recognise the complaints about the receptionists. They have always treated me politely and respectfully. I suspect some patients take a more confrontational approach, but I always try to treat people in the way I would like them to treat me and it seems to be successful. The receptionists are there to help people and they do a grand job. I have never had to wait more than a couple of days for an appointment and on the rare occasions I have needed an urgent appointment, the staff have always accommodated me, although understandably, not always with my regular doctor.
